TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The client acknowledges that the below-named users have a recent model Apple, Android or Windows mobile device.
  2. The client has selected a separate email address for each user with no duplication.
  3. The client acknowledges that they have a valid account, including username and password, for the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Windows Phone App Store.
  4. The client understands that a fee may be payable to download the Pocket Secure app.
  5. CTI Security will configure a maximum of two mobile devices during the installation of the 4G communicator provided that;

a) The client has installed the Pocket Secure application on their compatible mobile device(s) prior to the technicians’ scheduled attendance.

b) The device(s) requiring the application are present and available to the technician at the time of their attendance.

c) All required details on this form have been completed and submitted to CTI Security at least two (2) full business days prior to the technicians’ scheduled attendance.

  1. In order for the remote app to function, the client must retain at all times a full service mobile telephone account including data. The remote app will cease to function should the client run out of credit or exceed their monthly mobile telephone data cap.
  2. Subsequent technician attendances to configure the Pocket Secure app on any device as a result of the above conditions not being met, or the client changing mobile device, will be charged out at the applicable service callout rates.
  3. Securus is not liable for losses due to the acts or omissions of any other person including the customer, end user, telecommunications network providers, other authorities or third parties.
  4. The customer authorises Securus to provide this information to the Pocket Secure vendor to enable the application.
