Primary Objective:

CTI Security is looking for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this permanent fulltime roll will include a diverse range of administration, scheduling and office tasks. We would also offer external training for the successful applicant through to certification. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Inbound phone call and email inquiries
  • Play a key role in supporting office and field staff
  • Finalising purchase orders, parts on jobs and invoicing
  • Improve the volume of revenue from existing accounts
  • Assist with liaison, and follow-up of customers as required
  • Set up service, installation call in SIMPRO & schedule field staff
  • Place orders with our security & electrical suppliers
  • Updating database details including credit card payments
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and demonstrate strong organisation skills
  • Confident to work collaboratively and autonomously

Applicants that apply must hold a current Western Australian Driver’s License. Previous experience with SIMPRO and scheduling would be an advantage. Ongoing training and technical assistance will be provided in a supportive pleasant working environment.
